Every Saturday and Sunday morning, the kitchen rolls out a spread that blends classic breakfast comforts with those Whistlestop-only twists everyone talks about.
Signature dishes set the tone - Pumpkin-Spice Chicken & Waffles with cinnamon-honey butter, or the cozy Whistlestop Fall Omelet filled with chicken, acorn squash, and wild mushrooms.
Sweet tooth? The Cinnamon Apple Pancakes and TX French Toast always hit the spot. And for something hearty, the Hangover Burger or Brisket Benedict never disappoint.
